The hotel room was clean and spacious, with a kitchenette that was unexpected but convenient. The staff were friendly and efficient, especially Jessie in the café who provided really good customer service. The hotel location was perfect for me, allowing me to take a stroll at night and enjoy the beautiful night view. The shuttle bus service was also a great convenience, running on schedule and saving me the hassle of calling a taxi.

Despite some minor issues with the bathroom and kitchen, the overall value for the price was reasonable. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for our family of four. The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The free shuttle bus service to downtown was a great convenience. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to the Metropolis area for shopping and the Wharf Road for sportswear factory outlets in the North Point area. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing plenty of information and assistance.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the quad suite was perfect for our family of 4. The location was convenient, with a mall nearby for all our needs. it felt like a cozy home away from home.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic as it was along the eastern promenade and right on the river. Moreover, it was very convenient as it was in the mall. The hotel staff were very friendly, especially Ben the doorman. The room amenities were great as they provided a lot of useful things such as washing machine, ironing facilities, and an electric kettle. The room was very spacious with a sitting area, a large dining table, and a flat-screen TV. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a plus.
