The hotel room was clean and spacious, with a kitchenette that was unexpected but convenient. the staff were friendly and efficient, especially Jessie in the café who provided exceptional customer service. the hotel location was perfect for me, allowing me to take a stroll at night and enjoy the beautiful night view. the shuttle bus service was also a great convenience, running on schedule and saving me the hassle of calling a taxi.

One drawback was the lack of room service, which meant I had to go out for meals or take away fast food from the café on the first floor. Another downside was the limited breakfast options, especially for Westerners.

The hotel was in a great location with a fantastic view of the harbor. The two-bedroom suite I stayed in was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine. Despite some minor issues with the bathroom and kitchen, the overall value for the price was reasonable. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the hotel's proximity to the harbor made it convenient for exercise. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Hong Kong.

The 2-bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary shuttle service made it easy to explore the nearby attractions, and the hotel's location on the river gave us a beautiful view. The pool was fantastic and great for all ages. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for our family of four. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The free shuttle bus service to downtown was a great convenience. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to the Metropolis area for shopping and the Wharf Road for sportswear factory outlets in the North Point area. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing plenty of information and assistance.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the quad suite was perfect for our family of 4. The location was convenient, with a mall nearby for all our needs. it felt like a cozy home away from home.

Guests can also request for a harbour-facing room to enjoy scenic views. there is a ferry station nearby, allowing for convenient travel to other parts of the city.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic as it was along the eastern promenade and right on the river. Moreover, it was very convenient as it was in the mall. The hotel staff were very friendly, especially Ben the doorman. The room amenities were great as they provided a lot of useful things such as washing machine, ironing facilities, and an electric kettle. The room was very spacious with a sitting area, a large dining table, and a flat-screen TV. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a plus.
